Well, the holiday feasting is behind us for another year. Unfortunately, we may be showing an increase in extra pounds when we step on the scales! In this edition of Fashion Bytes, Jo Lithgow, substituting for host Tori Blackhart, gives you a number of simple tips you can do to get rid of the excess pounds you may have gained between Christmas and New Years. Hair- something we each wear every day. Most of us spend more time on it than we do on any other daily beauty regiment. We wash it, condition it, curl or straighten it and, oh yes, one more thing  – we COLOR it.

Traditions at Christmas Time

an orange in your stocking, giving to others – so many different and varied traditions that bring back warm memories every year.
